The company is at present in various stages of
collaboration with M/s EF energy Ltd.,a kolkota based company to launch Auto
LPG/CNG conversion kits for four stroke engine two wheelers and Three wheelers.
Besides this we are also in the process of technology transfer for conversion of
diesel operated buses & trucks to LPG, in AP and Karnataka.
Yash Propane Auto Energy Pvt. Ltd.
has done pioneering work in totally indegenising gaseous fuel equipment for
automobiles. It has launched it conversion kit with a brand name of GEBS –1.
Conversion from petrol to gas does not require any modification to the engine.
The gas kit mainly comprises the
Vaporiser
Gas Solenoid,
Auto Gas Tank,
Refueling Valve,
Multi Valve,
Change over switch,
Gas Air Mixer,
Electronic Fuel Pump,
Heavy duty copper pressure
tubing,
Fitment accessories like clips, clamps,
brackets and rubber tubes & hoses etc. Company is providing an electronic fuel
pump instead of a petrol lock off solenoid to ensure quick changeover besides
making it safer to operate on petrol mode.
Selector Switch with electronic safety that is
pulse actuated. The kit is supplied with all necessary parts. No Extra parts
need to be purchased from outside. The installation is easy and takes just a few
hours. The company is imparting proper training for fitment of these kit to
personnel managing their garages in order to convert them to fully fledged
fitment centers. The training includes trouble shooting as well. The vehicle can
run on petrol when gas in the cylinder gets over. This gives advantages of
economy, efficiency and low exhaust emissions. Its salient feature, help in
reducing wear and tear to piston, piston rings, connecting rods, crank and spark
plugs. After fitment of kit, the vehicle gives excellent pick-up and there are
no cold start problems. Gas supply to the carburetor is given by a unique spud
ding method, which is found to be the best way of giving gas in a carburetor
engine. Another special feature is the gas Vaporiser, which is of a unique
design, and it has a separate water jacket. It is small in size and thereby it
can be easily fitted in any car. All efforts have been made to make the retro
fitment Auto gas kits, GEBS-1®, completely safe in all respects.
