GEBS -1 Vaporizer regulator: This is the main control unit for operation of car on LPG fuel. GEBS -1 is used for cars with power up to 65 hp namely Maruti 800, Omni, Zen, Gypsy, Maruti 1000,Maruti Esteem, 118 NE, Premier Fiat, and Ambassador, Montana. A special safety feature known as vacuum lock ensure that the gas supply is totally shut-off to the engine when the engine is not in operation.* All the rubber parts including the DIAPHRAGMS in this vaporiser are made from VITON rubber.  With the provision for mounting the gas solenoid directly on to the vaporizer the combo works like ELECTRONIC imported vaporizer with the ease of servicing as the solenoid can be easily removed without the need to remove the vaporiser for servicing the Gas Solenoid. Besides this the vaporizer is also available without the mountable solenoid. This vaporizer has been certified by ARAI as per ECE R 67 – R 1. 

Gas lock off Solenoid: To filter the Fuel and shut off the gas at the Vaporizer and to facilitate the changeover from petrol to gas and vice versa in dual fuel operation to facilitate change over from gas to petrol and vice versa in dual fuel operation. All rubber parts are made from VITON RUBBER.The gas lock off has been certified by ARAI as per ARAI as per ECE R 67 – R 1.

Electronic fuel pump: Unlike other such kits in the market today we provide an electronic fuel pump along with our kit in order to facilitate instant change over from gas to petrol without having to over crank the engine and also to safeguard the engine from damage in the event of mechanical pump failure that generally occurs as a result of placing a petrol lock off between the pump & carburetor. 

Change over switch pulse actuated: An aesthetically designed easy to fit & operate control panel for operation of the system in the dual fuel mode. This is also the safety device that keeps the gas solenoid in operative when the engine is not in turning and power is on i.e. ignition switch is ON.

Gas Air Mixer: We have the gas air mixers available for all above-mentioned vehicles. Every gas air mixer is designed to perform at the optimum performance level. The star attraction being the gas air mixer plate that fits double barrel carburetors & is patented by our firm. It is an intra carburetor device that eliminates the need to modify the air intake filter assembly. 

Hoses & Pipes: These are special rubber pipes required to install the system. 

Installation parts such as pop rivets, screws, clips, clamps, unions, and wire are also supplied with the kit to ensure that while installing the kit no part is to be procured from the outside.

Heavy gauge copper pipe: Meant for supply of gas to the Vaporizer. This is a high quality pure copper annealed pipe of 8mm dia and 0.8 –1.00mm wall thickness to ensure the full safety and prevents the collapse of the pipe during installation. 

Cylinder Mounting Cradle: A unique design to ensure that the cylinder is mounted securely in an organized fashion on to the body of the car  & has been tested for Vibrations, Acceleration /and deceleration to ensure proper safety.
